The Calgary Business Women Network been invited to be involved as a panelist in a discussion concerning entrepreneurship as a career path. Ilona will be on the panel representing CBWN in mid-November. There will be a mixed audience of business, community partners & youth exploring career paths. CBWN has been asked to be the voice of inspiration for women both young students looking at possible career paths and women already engaged in the workforce.
The audience will be combined with guests from the business community and from the 228 community organizations Talent Pool interacts with regularly. In addition, for this event, Talent Pool is inviting 25 youths selected by the Youth Centre to spur some creative thinking around career paths. A segment of the mature workers groups they work with in their constellation will also be in attendance.
